The best restaurant in Cebu if you want to experience South East Asian cuisines. Perfect , kudos to their chef, i feel like i am travelling back to ASEAN member countries. Super worth it to keep coming back at Spice Fusion (esp. balinese, indian and thai cuisine they can offer to local Cebuanos) Roti Malay style hand tossed thin bread served with curry dip, singaporean chili crab, nasi goreng, chicken satay, Shrimp Noodle Soup "Laksa" Take note their servings fit upto for 4 persons, beware of ordering too much;) Tried to dine SM City branch, SM Seaside branch (already close two years ago but transferred to Ayala Cebu now)

Second time here and this time, i so love their food. Delicious! Roti curry dip tastes good. I love how the oyster sauce with a bit of spiciness mixed the moment it reaches your palate, with their oyster squid. The squid was also tender and u'll enjoy it to the last piece. Their brocolli seafood was also great. When you look at their menu, it may look expensive but their serving is for sharing already of about 2-3 persons. The food was served at a reasonable time. Their staffs are quick however not that friendly. Prolly because that was give or take 8pm, nearing the end of their day and most likely tired already. But can't discount the fact that their food is sumptous and I recommend dining there.

Thrilled to see Spice Fusion back in Cebu, now at the SM City Cebu New Wing! This place has always been about bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia together, and they did not disappoint. We ordered a delightful mix of dishes inspired by the best of the region: Seaweed Pap Piap – Thai-inspired, with just the right balance of sweet, sour, and savory. Roti – soft, flaky, and perfect with dips and curries, giving off those warm Malaysian/Singaporean vibes. Dumpling Soup – comforting and rich, a nod to Chinese culinary roots in the region. Garlic Lapu-Lapu – Filipino pride on the table, cooked with a punch of flavor. Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs – simple, crispy, and addicting. Seafood Sisig – a creative Filipino-Asian twist that works beautifully. Yang Chow Fried Rice – the classic staple that ties everything together. What makes Spice Fusion exciting is how it captures the culinary journey across Southeast Asia – from Thailand to Malaysia, Singapore, China, and of course the Philippines – all in one table. If you’ve missed them as much as I did, you’ll be glad to know they’re back, serving the same rich flavors and exciting variety that made them a favorite. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a food trip across Southeast Asia without leaving Cebu!

It was one of my favorite restaurants before and until now it never fails to amaze me. The food is delicious as always and the food they serve is good for 3-4 persons so it was a lot and we were just two people eating there. We ate all the 5 dishes that we ordered but wasn’t able to finish the rice because there was a lot of rice. The drinks we ordered were not that good and I wasn’t able to finish it.

For appetizer, we ordered the garlic and cheese roti and it was demolished quickly as it was really good. The sauce really complemented it. We then ordered popcorn shrimp, their singaporean crispy chicken, char kway teow, and a side of plain rice. The popcorn shrimp was tasty and it had a good crunch. It wasn’t dry or overcooked considering most places tend to overcook shrimps when they’re deep fried. It came with a sweet chili sauce which worked well but I tried dipping the shrimp with the roti sauce and it worked even better in my opinion. The singaporean crispy chicken is, well, acceptable. It wasn’t bad at all, but it just tastes like if you added chinese five spice powder/ngohiong powder to any other generic rotisserie chicken. For its price, you’re probably better off ordering something else. Again, not bad, there are just better options. In essence, it’s mid. Lol The char kway teow was the star. It was savory, smoky, and salty but somehow had a bit of sweetness. It had bits of shrimps and some other seafood i think? This dish was very flavorful and delicious. Definitely recommend. Overall, the experience here was good. We were seated and attended immediately upon entering and the staffs were nice and helpful. We didn’t wait too long for our food to arrive (15-20 minutes) and the quality of the food is great. Our total bill came up to 1,777 pesos so make of that what you will. Ps. Their menu on their Facebook page is outdated and the prices have definitely gone a bit higher so just a heads up if you’re using that as a reference.

Since my Thailand food escapade, I have always been on the look out for a serving of pad thai. It was my first time to try Spice Fusion and just my luck, they have pad thai available on their menu. The noodles of their pad thai are perfectly cooked, sloppy nor saggy. My taste buds are happy with the influx of flavours - their serving is good for two so make sure your tummy can accommodate
